Submitted-Accepted Report

Want to check what forms have been submitted and accepted? Here's just how to do that!

From your dashboard, click on Reports.

Next, click on “Submitted-Accepted.”

The following screen will appear:

You can filter your reports by year, Payers, and Forms. Simply click “Apply Filter” when you’re ready.

To print your reports, click on Print report:

This will bring up your print preview, and you’ll click Print:

Your printed report for your records will go to your printer, and you’re all set!
