From the dashboard, click on “Import File” under Add a Payer.

Next, click on Payer and Recipient from the Download dropdown menu:

Click "Download Template," and your Excel file will go to your downloads.

Fill out the correct and required info for your Payer(s) and Recipient(s). In this case, the Payer is Elliot Bansky, and the Recipient is Ray Manzurik.

TIP: Make sure to repeat all Payer information on each Recipient's line in order to create the Payer - Recipient relationship. Avoid copying by "dragging down" in Excel to ensure your Payer is the same each time.

Save your Excel file to the desktop of your computer or wherever you'd care to save it.

From the Import Payers dropdown menu, select “Payer and Recipient” to upload your Excel file.

Next, click Browse Computer” to upload your Payer/Recipient Excel file. NOTE: You can also drag your Excel file into the gray area under the Browse Computer button.

Double-click your Excel file.

You’ll get the following screen with your Import Results. Click “View Payers.”

We can see that my Payer, Elliot Bansky, has appeared in my Payer’s list:

By clicking on Elliot Bansky, my new Payer, we see that the Recipient from my Excel sheet, Ray Maurik, is also in the Recipient list:

Good on you! You’ve imported a Payer and a Recipient in an Excel spreadsheet!
