Why do I need to provide a physical address for my credit card?

The short answer is the credit card processor on our eCommerce site Adamstaxforms.com doesn't like PO Boxes. Some users have been able to complete checkout with the street address for the PO Box location.

Is there a workaround?

Yes, you can buy access on helper.adamstaxforms.com and check out a la carte there. We use a separate validation process that should allow you to use a PO Box during checkout.

What are we doing to address this issue?

We understand that this can annoy some customers, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working on finding a solution that will accept PO Boxes in the future. We aim to make the payment process smooth and hassle-free for all our customers.

In the meantime, we ask that you use a credit card with a billing address that is not a PO Box or go directly to helper.adamstaxforms.com. This will ensure that your payment is processed without any delays or issues.
