From the dashboard, click on Forms.
Next, we're going to select the form(s) we want to Checkout & File with. In this case, we're selecting a 1099-R.
Next, click the Checkout & File button in the top left.
You'll see that we have unverified TINs Detected. You can choose to TIN Match Selected Recipients or eFile without a TIN Check. It's recommended to use TIN Matching, but in this case, we're going to proceed to eFile without TIN Check.
Next, you'll see the following screen where you can review your forms and select the delivery method for Recipient forms. Here, we're selecting Email Delivery service. Note: you will only be able to select your delivery method during this eFile checkout process. It's recommended to use Mail Delivery or Email Delivery to ensure your employee/recipient forms are delivered securely.
Click Continue.
Next, we'll fill in our address, phone number, and agree to terms and conditions. Click Validate Address when ready.
Click Save & Continue.
Next, click Complete Order.
You'll see your order confirmation, details of your order. Click View My Forms to return to the Forms page.
We can see now that our 1099-R is processing for eFile.
You'll also get an email from us about your items purchased.
That's it. You're all set and have checked out and filed in the Helper!
