To see what's happened in your account, click your name in the top-right corner of Adams Tax Forms Helper and choose Activity. You'll see a list of recent sign-ins, purchases, account changes, filings, imports, and payer, employer, and recipient updates, which you can filter by date or category and export to a CSV file.
Checking your activity log is a quick way to confirm a change went through or to spot a sign-in you don't recognize. In Adams Tax Forms Helper, payers and employers are called Issuers. You can also open the log from My Account by clicking the Activity tab.
Review your activity
Click your name in the top-right corner, then click Activity.
Check the sign-in card at the top of the page. It shows when you last signed in and any failed sign-in attempts in the past 7 days.
Under Recent Activity, open the date menu and choose a time range, such as Last 30 days.
Open the category menu and choose the type of activity you want to see, such as Sign-in and security.
To find one item, type an order number, Issuer name, or event in the search box. Matching words are highlighted in the list.

What happens next
The list updates as soon as you change a filter, grouped by day with the newest events first. Each entry shows what happened, its category, who made the change, and the time. Your filters appear as tags under the menus, and you can page through longer lists with Prev and Next.

What should I do if I see a sign-in I don't recognize?
