Common questions

I didn't get the verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, click Resend email on the Verify your email screen once the short countdown ends.

I clicked the verification link and it says my session expired. What now?

Click Sign in to continue and sign in with the email and password you just created. You'll pick up right where you left off.

Should I get my security codes by text or email?

A mobile number is more secure. If you use T-Mobile, choose email instead, because T-Mobile's message limits may keep codes from arriving. Learn more in About 2-factor authentication [ADD LINK].

Can my backup recovery method be the same email I sign in with?

No. Your backup recovery method has to be different from the email or number that gets your login codes. Use a second email address or a different phone number.

What is the Recovery PIN for?

You'll use it to reset your password if you lose access to your login codes, and Customer Support will ask for it to confirm it's you. You can update it later in My Account under Security.

You're all set. Next, add your first Issuer so it's ready on your new forms.
