Registering Your Store-Bought Tax Kit

If you purchased an Adams® Tax Forms Kit from your local retail store, follow these steps to activate your software.

If you purchased an Adams Tax Forms Kit from a store, online or on Amazon, your pack contains a colored sheet you’ll need to access Adams Tax Forms Helper.

You’ll need the item number and case-sensitive Access Code/PIN from this sheet to activate Adams Tax Forms Helper. Your sheet will have similar information as below. We advise you to read each step carefully, both here and on your sheet, since some of the sign-up instructions will be different from our previous Adams Tax Forms Helper site.

* Returning User?

* Make sure to use the email address associated with the previous version of Adams Tax Forms Helper. You won’t be able to access your previous tax data unless you use the email address affiliated with our old site.

  1. Go to helper.adamstaxforms.com

  2. Select “Sign Up”

  3. * Be sure to enter the email address you used previously to log into Adams Tax Forms Helper (2022 or before). To access and transfer your tax data from 2022 or prior, you must use the email associated with your old Adams Tax Forms Helper account.

  4. Create your new password. (This ensures that your old, transferable data is kept secure).

  5. You'll need to enter a little information to get set up (basic account details, your company information, new security questions)

  6. Enter your Item Number

  7. Enter your case-sensitive Access Code/PIN

  8. Get started

New User?

  1. Go to helper.adamstaxforms.com

  2. Select “Sign Up”

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Create your password

  5. You'll need to enter a little information to get set up (basic account details, your company information, new security questions)

  6. Enter your Item Number

  7. Enter your case-sensitive Access Code/PIN

  8. Get started

Congratulations! You now have complete access to the new Adams Tax Forms Helper for the tax season. Let’s start filing!
