Create a W-3
Step 1. Select the W-2 tab on the menu bar
Step 2. Select Your Records
Select the desired W-2 entries using the checkboxes to the left or “Select All”.
Step 3: Click W-3 for Selected
At the W-3-print menu:
Paper filers, select “Print onto Pre-Printed IRS Form” to create your mailable red ink W-3 forms.
eFilers, select “Print onto Blank Paper” to create electronic or hardcopies for your records.
Creating a W-3c
If you need to create a corrected W-3 form (W-3c) follow the same simple instructions.
Step 1. Select the W-2c tab on the menu bar
Select the records you want to correct, then click “W-3c for Selected”.
Correct the information you need to update, then click “save”.
Viewing and printing your W-3c
Select the desired W-3c entries using the checkboxes to the left or “Select All”.
Click the “W-3c for Selected” button.
At the W-3-print menu:
Paper filers, select “Print onto Pre-Printed IRS Form” to create your mailable red ink W-3 form.
eFilers, select “Print onto Blank Paper” to print a hardcopy for your records.
