Wondering about the status of the copies sent to your employees and recipients?
Once you’ve completed your order with Print & Mail Assistant, you’ll find the status update waiting for you on the eFile tab.
Select the Form type you’d like to review. (In our example, W-2s.)
The Tax Forms Helper status indicator will then show the Print & Mail dates for all of your W-2 transactions.
The table will show the date copies were or will be mailed to your employees and recipients. You’ll also receive an email update from us with this date.
