Checking the status of your Mail Delivery Service

Know when your employee & recipient letters will mail.

Wondering about the status of the copies sent to your employees and recipients?

Once you’ve completed your order with Mail Delivery Service, you’ll find the status update waiting for you.

From the dashboard, go to “Forms.”

Once the Forms page appears, you’ll see the status of each filing to the right. In our example, we’ve shown the Federal eFile and Mail Delivery statuses. And once it’s sent to the vendor, your Mail Delivery status will show as “Submitted.”

It’s as simple as that! You can always check the status of your filing(s) right on the Forms page!

When your forms status changes to "Accepted," that means they have been received at the Mail Delivery facility and that they will be postmarked by the deadline based on the submission date.
