Mail Delivery is an add-on service that sends paper copies of your W-2s and 1099s to employees and recipients by USPS® First-Class Mail®.
If you’re already eFiling to the IRS and Social Security Administration, adding Mail Delivery service completely eliminates the need for forms, envelopes, stamps and trips to the post office. Send your taxes everywhere they need to go without leaving your desk.
What’s included with Mail Delivery Service
Mail Delivery includes printing & postage for your 1098, 1099 & W-2 forms.
You can add Mail Delivery to any order, even if you’re filing by paper with our Adams Tax Kits or other forms. (You’ll have a few extra recipient copies in the pack you don’t need, so consider eFiling next time!) *Also, the IRS has issued a new eFile Law and has lowered the eFile threshold from 250 to 10 or more returns. No list is too large or too small for Mail Delivery Service.
From your dashboard, click on “Forms.”
Next, select the form(s) that you want to use for Print & Mail Service.
Next, click on the “Checkout & File” button.
You can always add the Mail Delivery Service option.
Next, agree to the Terms and Services by checking the box, then click “Checkout.”
You’ll fill in a bit of information and your Payment Method, then click “Complete Order.”
You’ll get an order confirmation that you can print for your records.
You’ll also receive an email with your order details and confirmation.
Important Print & Mail Deadlines
Mail Delivery filings must be completed before 5 p.m. Eastern on the final filing date for each period to meet the postmark deadline.
Our Print & Mail Service is only available between January 12, 2026, and March 31, 2026, 7 pm EST. No mailings, refunds, or rollovers beyond these dates.
