Adams Tax Forms Direct-to-State Filing

This year, Adams Tax Forms Helper submits direct-to-state filing of the 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC and W-2 to the following states:

1099-MISC: CO, GA, MA, MD, NJ, OK, OR, WI

1099-NEC: CO, MA, NJ, OK, OR, WI

W-2: CO, GA, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OK, OR, WI

Some states have complicated quarterly filing requirements, no eFiling option, or require you to submit forms on CD. You’ll need to verify your state’s filing requirements by checking your state’s Department of Revenue website.
