Log out of Tax Forms Helper and follow these steps.
Click “Forgot Password” from the Login page.
Enter the email address you used to establish your Adams Tax Forms Helper account and click “Email Verification Code.” We’ll email you a 6-digit verification code.
When you receive our email, copy and paste or type the 6-digit code into the Verification Code Box (Be sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it).
Click “Verify.”
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click “Save” when ready.
Next, click on the Login button.
A 6-digit security code will be sent to your email address or cell phone depending on your account preferences. Enter the code and click “Verify.”
You can go back to your dashboard where you can start working again.
