Adding a Recipient with a Template

Here's how to manually add your recipients.

Here’s how to add a Recipient with a template in the new Helper.

From your dashboard, go to Payers.

Select the Payer you want to get to your Recipient section.

Click on the Payer, then scroll down to the Recipient section. Click “Upload File” from the Import dropdown menu.

Next, click “Download Template.”

An Excel file will go to your downloads. Open it and fill out your information for your Recipient.

Click “Browse Computer” to upload your Excel file:

Next, select your Excel file for upload or drag and drop it into the Import Recipients box.

If your Excel information is correct, you’ll see errors at zero.

Good on you. You’ve manually added a Recipient!
