Change the SMS phone number or email where we send your 2-factor authentication code during login.
Note: this will not change your account email address (the one you use on the login page when you enter your password)
From your dashboard, click on your name in the upper right corner, and click on Account from the dropdown menu:
Next, the following screen will appear and you’ll click MFA:
Next, from the dropdown menu, you’ll select MFA type. Note that any phone number must be able to receive SMS text messages.
If you select Email, you’ll then enter your email address; if you select Phone, you’ll enter your phone number:
Click “Update” when done.
Next, you’ll enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone or email address.
Click “Verify” once you’ve retrieved your 6-digit code.
You’ll get the following message, and you can click “Close.”
Your MFA information is updated, and you can continue working in the Helper. Good on you!
