  • Submitted-Accepted Report*: You can now view when all your forms were eFiled and accepted in a printable report

  • Invoice Report**: If you want to generate and print a report that lists your transactions, along with the Payer and Recipient associated with it, we’ve done just that in a few easy steps!

  • Buy More Credits: we added a link to our eCommerce site to make it easier to buy our credit bundles

  • Mobile Optimized Registration Process: Signing up and registering for the Helper is right at your fingertips. You can complete the process right from your mobile device!

  • Little Things: the Help link will now open our full knowledge base in a new tab, the x to close a tooltip stays visible when you scroll down, required fields on Payer and Recipient pages are more obvious, the pricing table at checkout was reformatted

Bug Fixes:

  • We resolved a security question error during signup, preventing some users from creating an account

  • The “Print Corrected” button appeared multiple times on the “What’s Next” page at the end of the corrections process

  • Fixed an issue affecting the pricing displayed when checkout was initiated using the Actions dropdown menu; this bug did not affect what users were charged

  • Tired of redundant popups? The Helper’s corrections instructions stay hidden while you’re saving your corrections!
