PDF File Share Dashboard: See all of the PDF File Share emails you’ve sent out, who has viewed their PDF forms, review bounced emails, and update email addresses all in one user-friendly place. Users who check out with PDF File Share will be prompted to add missing Recipient emails on the PDF File Share page if they’re not already on the Recipient’s profile.

Payer & Recipient Upload Template: Upload Payer and Recipient data in one Excel file. Access this option via the Import button on the Payers page.

Overwrite Option for Excel Uploads: You can overwrite existing data (instead of creating new records) when you select Overwrite on the Upload page. This feature is only available for Payer and Recipient uploads.

All Form Data Upload Template: Upload Payer information, Recipient information, amounts and codes in one Excel Template.

Improved Payer Page: Creating new Payers is even more straightforward with a streamlined layout, auto-filling of 1096 and W-3 information, and better instructions.

Improved Recipient Page: Add new Recipients in a flash with a streamlined layout and a new Save & Add Another button. Also, you can easily review Recipients faster with the new Save & Next button.

Phone Number Printing: We’ve added new formatting to the Payer phone number when printing 1099 and 1098 forms; now, the Payer phone number includes dashes for clearer number entry.

Recipient Actions: Since the old buttons with 3 dots were not as clear as possible, we’ve changed those to “Actions,” which is a simple way to see exactly what you’re able to accomplish in the Helper.

Improved Messaging: In general, our messaging is clearer and better in multiple areas.

The print button on the Submitted-Accepted report will now trigger the print dialog.

Payers filing W-2 forms do not need to have a phone number - a Payer without a phone number will still trigger an error on 1099 and 1098 forms.

We fixed a loop that would keep some users from checking out with certain state forms.

We added capabilities to use email endings like .info and even longer.

A bug was keeping the pricing table from appearing correctly in some circumstances.

W-2Cs were giving an ITIN error if your EIN started with 9; we’ve fixed that.
