Importing from Last Year

Want to import last year’s forms (without values)? Our simple, step-by-step process makes it easy to carry over data from the previous year so your Forms are ready to be completed and eFiled.

Add a Payer

Log in and add Payers directly from the dashboard by clicking Add New. Have a list? You can also upload an Excel or CSV spreadsheet of your Payers into the Helper®.

Add a Recipient

Click Add New to add Recipients manually or upload an Excel file for a faster process.

Remember, you can always view the list of Recipients associated with a Payer by going to the Payers page and clicking on the Payer’s name.

Click Add New to add a new Recipient.

Add a Form

From the dashboard, click Forms, then select Add New.

Filtering

Need to filter by Payer or Form? Use the filter function at the top of any page.

For Forms, click the dropdown menu to select the Form(s) you’d like displayed in your list.

The same goes for Forms. Just click the dropdown menu and select the Form(s) you want to appear in the Forms list.

Create a 1096 or W-3 Summary Form

To create a 1096 or W-3, select the 1099 or W-2 Form you want to summarize. For example, to create a 1096 for a 1099-MISC:
